Homebody - Zehra Marikar Solo Show
Our first commercial exhibition! 24th-28th August 2024! This exhibition features Zehra Marikar using the canvas as a mirror to explore girlhood to womanhood, cultural intersections, and realising fantasy and changes in life. Art by co-founder Zehra, curated by other Co-founder Sahara. You can read more on the price list. Our opening night was made extra delightful by drinks from Dalston's Sodas, Peoples Wine and Five Points Brewery.

'Our Stories' - Collab with Art Matters London and the V&A East
This show was a true honour. Zehra taught children of different schools and ages how to create art with textile, and Sahara curated the output. Opening 4-6pm at UEL Docklands Campus Jul 2nd 2024, running till 12th Jul 2024 (closed on weekends).
Home Interrupted Exhibition
Home Interrupted (catalogue here) was our first show out of the student sphere, in collaboration with the Haggerston and Henrietta Scrine Contemporary. Curated and coordinated by us, this show featured embroidery, painting, sketches, installation and sculpture. This show explores how to subvert the mundane and slight discomfort.
Home on Me Exhibition
'Home on Me' ran in February 2023 was co-ordinated and curated by us, along side a brilliant student team. Using an open call, we allowed students of all backgrounds to engage in themes of home; what it means to them, how they carry pieces of it with them when away, how they express their roots and why... It was a diverse, mixed-medium show with some heritage objects, textiles, painting and sculpture.
